Team gathers in Istanbul

Such a long flight and 6 hour wait in Dubai (no luck getting into Emirates Lounge with my QF card ) made the trip even longer ...now refreshed and slept first time in 48 hours. Tonight we have a team dinner planned and our first official meeting.
