We spent 2 days in Istanbul assembling the team and having a Team kick off meeting. Place is simply amazing and something I've never seen before . The noise from cars , never ending traffic queues, number of people walking the streets was just never ending . My room was street facing but on level 6 and I didn't sleep at all , I even heard the 5:30am call to prayer. I knew there was excitement ahead as we left the airport in a taxi which seemed to drive in a dangerous manner changing lanes , cutting in and out and as finally traffic came to a stand still , we then spent 2 hours travel ing 30km to our hotel. I was told this is normal....unstructured chaos I called it.
